❓ How Can I Simplify?
A weekly question for me, and you to save time, money, and/or energy.
This week I made 2 decisions to help simplify what I’m doing.
I cancelled my paid subscription to Senja where I collect testimonials. It’s a great tool, but I’ve decided to simplify and focus on collecting testimonials on Amazon & Gumroad (both free).
I canceled my paid subscription to Fathom Analytics where I could see where my subscribers were coming from. It’s also a solid tool, but I really don’t enjoy analytics too much, so figured I would just stop using them.
Both cases can be considered “dumb moves”, but I don’t follow typical advice, I follow what I want to do (or sometimes what I don’t want to do).
That’s over $400.00 and countless hours saved per year.

I love how the simplification was not just a money decision, but a time one as well.
That's what now is my marker as well. New shiny things take time to learn. and learning is great, if it's not keeping you from what you want to build.
4 Newsletters! All consistently awesome. You're rocking it on Substack. It's so fun to watch and follow along and to see you keep knocking it out of the park!
